Rates and Occupancy:
High Season rates are for May – October. Low season rates are for November – April. Ashland has a 8% room occupancy tax that will be added to room charges. A complimentary breakfast is provided for each guest each morning of your stay.

Future Reservations:
Future reservations may be made at any time via our Web site at www.ashlandcreekinn.com or by calling 541-482-3315.

Deposits:
Reservations will be held for 7 days pending receipt of the first night deposit for each room. Payment may be made to Ashland Creek Inn with personal check, Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellations:
Cancellations or changes to a reservation made 1-6 months prior to the arrival date will be charged a $25 processing fee. Cancellations and changes made within 30 days prior to date of arrival require payment for all dates reserved that cannot be rebooked. No refunds or credits will be made for early departure.

Minimum Stay:
There is a minimum 3-night stay required during peak season. In some cases, this may be waved. Please call us to discuss any stays that do not meet minimum requirements.

Check-In:
After 2:00 PM. Please call if you plan to arrive after 4:00 PM so we can make sure to be here when you arrive.

Check-Out:
11:00 AM unless prior arrangements have been made.

Smoking:
Permitted in outside areas only.

Children:
Over the age of 12 are welcome.

Pets:
There is a nearby kennel. We will be happy to provide you with information about this service.

Directions:
From I-5 take exit #19 and follow signs into Ashland. At traffic light, turn left onto Highway 99 (North Main Street). Continue into Ashland. Immediately after passing over Ashland Creek, make a left onto Water Street. Ashland Creek Inn is located 1 block ahead on the right.
